Season 5

Melinda has her baby, Aiden (Connor Gibbs), and the show "jumps" five years. This season is the most exciting ever where the shadows and the shinnies appear. During the season Melinda tries to find out more about the shadows with the help of Carl, one of the Guardians and a ghost that she previously helped. In the final episodes Melinda starts to lose the ability to tell what's fake and what's real. In the season finale she is posessed by the shadows and there's the final war between The Shinnies and The Shadows.

Season 4

This season, Professor Payne leaves to a trip and Melinda finds someone that in the Rockland U fire earns the skill to hear the dead, Eli James (Jamie Kennedy). In this season Melinda and Jim are already trying to have a baby and after a wedding of a friend that never happened, Jim dies, after being accidentaly shot by Carl Neely. Then Melinda gets her dead husband back when Jim goes into Sam's body. During the season Melinda has to help Jim to get his memory back and she finnaly gets pregnant. In the season finale appears something that will change everything, The Book Of Changes.

Season 3

In the 3rd season, Jay Mohr (Professor Richard Payne) becames a member of the main cast. This season Melinda starts digging her past and she discovers she has a half brother, Gabriel. She also discovers the truth about Grandview and her family.

Season 2

In this season there's two new characters: Delia (Camryn Manheim) and her son Ned (Tyler Patrick Jones). The 2nd season is focused in the 5 signs which are related with five children who survived in five accidents. In the season finale Melinda ends up being saved by that children.

Season 1

This is when everything starts. The main actors in this season are: Jennifer Love Hewitt, David Conrad and Aisha Tyler. During the 1st season Melinda helps lots of ghosts crossing over into the light, and she also knows Romano a dangerous man that when he was alive convinced many people to kill themselves. This man causes a huge plane crash where Melinda suffers a big loss. Andrea, her partner dies in the crash.

What's ghost whisperer?

This is a tv show, where Melinda Gordon can see and talk to dead people. She helps them crossing over into the Light. She has an antiques shop, "Same As It Never Was", she lives in Grandview and her husband is Jim Clancy.
